BMF| has been warned for:

Quote:2.0 - Every ship must have one ID equipped, and play in a way that represents the role of that ID. Your ID explains what you can do and where. Some IDs have a 'Zone of Influence' (ZOI) where extra actions are permitted.

Consequences:

Players within your faction have been found guilty of breaching your ID lines. You should know better. However, as more than one player was involved, we opted to warn the faction as a whole rather than go with individual punishments. This time.

While this is just a warning (and we are aware of a previous warning given to you in the past), any further breaches going forward will not be so kind.

Edit: Also find it particularly strange as we have not been playing Discovery almost never for the last few months.

Edit: My pilots made a decision to shoot the Samura, i side with my pilots decision inRP, Kusary like Galia are disliked by BMF because of the Wars.

First and foremost, Samura is a BMF competitor,
someone claim those Zoners are pirates, that does not concern BMF until they shoot or try anything funny,
So the situation is Kusary shooting Zoners in Leeds and BMF shot down the Kusarians,
What is the problem exactly?
And dont use the ID line "Can not atack competitors inside House space." because IMG killed BMF inside Leeds (amazing coincidence huh?)
Then IMG and CDI proceed to RP on the forums openly about THE CLEAR RULE VIOLATION OF THE SAME EXACT ID LINE.
Now, BMF gets a warning for doing exactly the same as IMG did... to be expected on a private server to be honest.

You'd do well to stop immediately playing the victim card any time that BMF is involved in any sort of trouble. It's really quite tiresome to hear the same accusations towards us or the server as a whole whenever BMF is brought up in a negative light. Instead of any self-reflection, accountability etc. It's always someone else who's at fault instead. Perhaps consider why this may be happening instead, given that you are far from the only people that ever get sanctioned.

If you're so set on believing that there's some evil cabal trying to kick you off of this biased "private server", then we ultimately cannot change that. However, there's also no use in trying to discuss anything with you either.

A warning is just that - a warning. Given the OOC chatter spitting at people, it could've been a lot worse.

It's come to our attention that BMF is looking to disband. Given your points that BMF has not played in months, are unwilling and/or unable to moderate your membership, and are dead set on the mistaken impression that roleplay and ID rules are something that can be ignored at will, we accept your request.

We will handle deprecation of the ID, downgrading of all OF only perks and POB functions, and such - you will not need to submit any requests to facilitate this.

Forfeiting Official Dom is not the same as disbanding.
Take the ID and the Core 5 from Isle of Skye wich was what we got from OFDOM
