Bonjour, Herr Siegfried.
This is indeed a problematic situation. Unfortunately, the majority of our board is currently indisposed, and so a formal response from OSI will have to wait for their return. In the meantime, the fine has been paid:
We have also begun a comprehensive review process to identify the root cause of this incident and ensure it will not happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies.
Sincèrement,

To: Director Siegfried, Büro des Marinenachrichtendienstes Subject: Re: Intrusion
Guten Tag, Herr Direktor,
My name is Bartholomew Kelsomagus and, as CEO of OSI, I not only regret the intrusion events that have taken place, but I also wish to apologise on behalf of OSI for them happening at all, as this is certainly not in line with the values we stand for.
I have had a constructive conversation with the pilot commanding the OSI vessel Ashen.Maple. While he has only recently joined OSI, he is a skilled pilot and should know his “sailing waters,” so to speak.
We have therefore initiated an internal inquiry regarding pilot training and found that the mandatory No-Fly-Zone (NFZ-1) training for new pilots is not only outdated, but was also not provided to skilled pilots joining our company. For this oversight, I can only take full responsibility as CEO. Following these findings, OSI is now updating the training to be mandatory for all flight personnel, and it will become part of the regular recurrent training package our pilots must complete.
I hope you can accept my apology on behalf of the company, and trust me when I say that we will certainly be implementing changes to the internal training programs we provide for our pilots.
Furthermore, I hope that this communiqué regarding the intrusion events, combined with the steps we as a corporation are taking, will ensure that we can leave this matter behind us and continue on the path of mutual respect and positive cooperation.
