"Good day engineers, I am Civil Servant, a commander of the Platform and representative of the anarchist council. I would hope this message doesn't ring too many alarms for Bristol construction and their employees. Bristol have helped the Bundschuh and Militants in matters of goodwill in the extraction of Erie evacuees and supplying the Pennsylvania front line. This is an extension of that trust by contacting your organization... as we're in a little need of heavy industry assistance.
"I'll cut to the chase, engineer unions under the Platform have been discussing about the expansion of their operating capability, and now it's up to us to source their means of a solution. We need a party capable of fabricating a single dry-dock for multiple transports and light to medium capital ships. While I have no doubt public relations would be shaking their heads at this, being squeezed between too corpo-empires that despise the Bundschuh is already a diplomatic balancing act, I think a one off purchase without serial numbers or a traceable contract is a safe bet rather than servicing our assets at a Bristol installation and presenting sightseeing attractions for intelligence agencies.
"What do you get in return? Security and trust. Liberty and Rheinland aren't making any efforts to facilitate non-house monopolies, and the deplorable attitude of the Junkers and Unioners aren't suitable traits for long term contacts, we on the other hand favor friends over profit. Call it a chance to yank you from a tight spot if law enforcement or mega-corps get a little too pushy. The Bundschuh still offer our trademark hospitality for favorable groups when visiting our bases, or we could provide some of that 'Rheinland black magic' with our engineers and scientists if a friendship becomes familiar... I am also happy to relay other requests to the Council if you've had anything else in mind.
"Until then, we are happy for your time and consideration on this matter."
Regards - "Civil Servant"

My name is Esme Blake, Chief of Operations for Bristol C&M.
I’m surprised by your outreach, Rheinlander. You may believe what you wish, but Bristol’s operations in Pennsylvania and for Erie in particular are taken in the vested interests of those people first, Bristol second. The cooperation that came from those operations is not the public view of Bristol, not even wholly of the Bristol Board. Despite the lack of issues between your escort and that Bristol Captain who acted alongside you, we feel that such cooperation was not due to any goodwill between yourselves, but the issues which were forced against that convoy. Your aid in that matter, in not letting the liner to fend for herself, is however commendable.
The Board does feel, and I agree wholly in this, that dealings with the ‘anarchist council’ are not dealings which can be taken lightly. I’m sure it would be appreciated, that the Platform would be willing to step in on Bristol’s behalf should the Rheinlander police or corporations become issues, but frankly speaking the Bristol Board views this as a non-issue. Rheinland has greater problems on that front, with the Gallic corporations on the rise in that House. The attack at Freiburg is proof enough of this. Bristol, as it stands now, has no issues with Rheinland and Rheinland has no issues with Bristol.
As to Liberty, know that we count some few friends there. The Platform’s commencement of operations in support of Bristol in those matters would jeopardize not only Bristol security, but potentially those friendships as well. That is all which needs to be said.
The start of a partnership then, between Bristol and the Platform, presents problems, not solutions as it’s been offered. As you are requesting from us, I think it is your prerogative to offer something more tangible and worthwhile than the suggestion of aid against an enemy that does not exist.
We will be watching, and listening, Rheinlander.
