I've done everything I could think of. I've re-registered all of my licences. All the papers and documents have already been sorted out. I've got enough credits to purchase my very first owned, space faring vessel. I'm done.
I need to get some time off of this place. Too many memories of them flash before me. God, it is too much to process, even while doing this log. The least I could do was try to continue this habit whenever possible. It's late by a month, almost, but there are, indeed, a lot of thoughts to process.

Planet New Tokyo, New Tokyo System
While trading through Kusari's, I heard a rumour going around. They said that Samura Industries is to restart their superconductor research and development. Some say it was a joint venture by the empire and the kingdom.
I don't know why "we" started the war two decades ago. Those were tough times, trying to de-escalate the sentiment in the empire. I was very young at the time, doing research at Nansei but, when our effort paid off, it was satisfying.
The rumour was genuine. To Yokohama Shipyard I went, signed the contract, and met those old Nansei's buggers, again. It's a sight to see "some" of their faces again. A gold star on the chest, a remainder of an old bond.
The next few days were as exciting as they could be.
The next few days were as exciting as they could be. It couldn't be said any better. It is, indeed, exciting. The contract was done. We've successfully delivered the cargo, but there are many I should've paid attention to. I've "lost" my transport vessel, two times, those bastards. Fortunately, it was insured.
The first bastard was an Independent Miner Guilds miner, their subsidiary organization's member. There I was, in the Taus, doing the contract. "We've" seen each other, no hostilities between us, greetings each other amicably, more than once. Suddenly, they demanded my cargo, an act of piracy. I don't know what happened. Their mining vessel was clearly superior to mine. Thankfully, a fellow contractor was nearby and saved me from drifting in space.
The second bastard was a misguided subsidiary member of the Blood Dragons. This particular member might be too bold and overconfident. He blatantly "searched" me while I was near Planet New Tokyo. Foolishly though, I don't consider them enemies. Lo and behold, just because I transmitted a Samura IFF, he destroyed my transport vessel.
These incidents have taught me. I need another types of vessel, and a change in the transmitted vessel name.
The contract was concluded. The commodities have been delivered to their respective recipients. We've purchased the service for a transport drone from Risk Investment while conducting the contract.
I've bought a new transport vessel from the contract payment, a "Scarab"class transport frigate. It is quite sturdy and has a rather fast impulse speed, but I'm not particularly sure it is a long-term solution. I've also bought a "Shukensha"class luxury liner, a means for acquiring credits.
They have two interesting vessels that are available, an "Archon"class modular miner, and a "Longhorn"class transport frigate. The high demand for the transport frigate makes it rather difficult to obtain.
Those two vessels might be the solution to my problem. A sturdy transport vessel for trading and deliveries, and a mining vessel for acquiring credits. All I need now is a personal vessel.
I've now acquired the "Archon"class modular miner from Susquehanna Station, and a personal vessel, a "Vector"class freighter from Ionic Laboratories. I'm still waiting for the availability of the "Longhorn"class transport frigate.
These logs finally caught on. I'm tired of this. I'll try to do it, by-monthly or weekly next time. At least, it is done.
Finally, I've acquired the "Longhorn"class transport frigate from Susquehanna Station. After being sought after by a lot of people, the vessel was scarce. For some reason, suddenly, the vessel was available in a large quantity. I don't know what happened. It might be related to "supply and demand" things.
I reckoned Bretonia's space was full of holes. They're fairly easy to roam into, I think there aren't even any patrols in their space. I'd like to volunteer in resolving that problem by joining a subsidiary of Bretonia's government agency.
Alas, they rejected my application. They said that I need some neural link injected into my body, an augmentation. I don't need to augment any parts of my body just to be able to communicate with them easily. I wanted to still be a normal human.
As far as I know, they don't even have any presence at all, hence the problem: Bretonia's space was unsafe. If that's how they do business, I'd prefer to be reinstated to my last assigned post, the main government agency.
I've got a discreet message from an old friend. They've got a problematic cat in their yard. They need all able bodies in the vicinity of Yukawa Shipyard.
As of right now, I haven't got any decent attire for that kind of party without exposing myself. The close time frame and the distance was not accommodating. Alas, I can't come to them. I need to solve my attire problem, real quick.
