Player Banned: A Magpie

A Magpie has been banned for:

1.0 - Don't be a dick. It's a game, try to keep it fun for everyone playing it. Behavior that falls within the technical letter of the rules but not the spirit won't be tolerated.

Consequences:

You decided that, in retaliation to someone's comments towards your PoB, you'd change the infocard to something vulgar and in sexual harassment territory towards their character. There was no reason for this and perhaps you knew that too given that you changed it again a short time later.

However, this does not erase your wrong-doing. It was a completely unjustified and beligerent attempt at directing your anger towards somebody. Lest you've forgotten, you were banned before for your behaviour(s) towards members of the community. Despite forgiveness at the time, it's clear you have not learned your lesson since.

The duration of the ban, despite much debate between staff all with their valid reasons for a longer one, has been decided - 1 month. Further sanctions beyond this will be merciless. Please take this time to reflect and do better in the future.

I already know exactly what the infocard said, and I furthermore know that the picture submitted as evidence (that Heavy Tanker is mine) was one I took myself and sent to a couple people in DMs (pointedly not the aggrieved party) as an incredibly immature joke. I'll see you in a month.
