Jefe de Ingeniería,
Pacifica extends its greetings to Tripoli Shipyard and the craftsmen whose hands still shape steel like it means something.
I write to you not with idle talk, but with purpose the kind that shifts balance sheets and borders alike.
Rheinland tightens its chokehold daily.
The Hessians are pushing harder and harder...
But there is a pressure point one that we the Unioners and the Corsair Empire can grind a boot into together.
Artifacts.
Your Empire controls both the source, as it does the flow.
We control the distribution routes into Rheinland’s "Schwarzmarkt"-
Between our hands lies a market powerful enough to starve the corporations and feed every man flying a Corsair cross or a Unioner wrench and Hammer.
To secure this flow to make Rheinland kneel to it Pacifica requires a vessel that can act as the spine of our convoys and the hammer against anyone who dares interfere.
A Consul-Class Command Battlecruiser.
Unioner pilots in Sigma-15 have witnessed the silhouette before a gigantic Titan of steel, seen when fighting alongside our Corsair allies.
Through our artifact convoys to Gamma, we’ve stood on decks beside the Krk and other Consul-line hulls.
We’ve watched the Blackforge, a Consul-class warship, cut a path through Rheinland and escort our transports with flawless discipline and overwhelming firepower.
We know exactly what this class is capable of.
Not a flagship.
Not a palace for admirals.
A working man’s warship built by Warriors, for Warriors.
Tripoli’s hands know how to build ships that endure.
Pacifica’s hands know how to keep them alive in the dirtiest corners of Rheinland.
If the Empire approves, a full engineering dossier can be transmitted within 48 hours.
The sky grows smaller for working men.
Together, we can make it ours again.
Mit ehrlichem Gruß, Otto Krämer

Your words have been received by Tripoli Shipyard, and by extension, by those within the Corsair Empire who still understand the weight of steel, labor, and consequence.
You speak correctly when you say that Rheinland tightens its grip, and that the Hessians press ever harder. These realities are not lost on us. Nor is the significance of the artifact trade — its origins, its flow, and its potential to reshape markets and loyalties alike.
The Corsair Empire does not deny that artifacts are a pressure point. It is precisely for this reason that their handling is approached with measured restraint.
In recognition of the proven cooperation between Unioner convoys and Corsair forces, Deterrence Command is prepared to discuss a more appropriate and immediately actionable alternative. A Praefect-class cruiser currently held in stand-by status under Deterrence oversight may be made available for temporary operational deployment, specifically in support of artifact convoy security and regional deterrence operations along agreed corridors.
This solution provides the necessary spinal presence for convoy operations without disrupting internal balances within the Empire.
If Pacifica considers this framework acceptable, where operational parameters can be aligned without delay. the Empire does not underestimate the value of working men, but neither does it entrust its crown jewels lightly.
We are willing to start preparing the praefect cruiser for its tow to a place unioner convoys will be able to carry it. Of course, this might have a cost in fuel, work-force, payments to engineers and security crew.
I will await your answer.
