I noticed that some pobs that i visited, and later confirmed with the darkstat, that some pobs already have the " New module that produces regional codename weapon components", that means that, even with the hollidays pause, can be built ,or there is a module that already existed that was changed with the patch? also noticed on darkstat, that the Zoner faction, nickname gp_z_grp, have no bonus on any of the components, is that true or is just I haven't recovered yet from christmas day festivities?

1. The new module released one day before holiday mode kicked in. Everyone who currently has it initiated construction inside that time window.

Holiday mode does not block the construction of new modules, except for the core upgrade itself.
And yes, Zoners being a generic IFF have no weapon component bonuses at this time.

I don't think that is the case, holiday mode was enabled earlier than the 5.3.1 release.
As mentioned previously, module construction is not restricted during holiday mode.

Generic IDs and IFFs have been a thing for over a decade, previously there were mostly two generic IDs, namely Freelancer and Pirate, Zoners made it to the list as well apparently, that's news for me but I'm not surprised.
i know what is or was a generic id, you said 2 and i can even add the recruit one, but also like you said, zoner being generic it is new, and also i'm not surprised

- Changed: We are moving away from bases mostly relying on a single commodity (Water via Hydroponics). Starting with this patch (after the holiday mode ends), bases would now consume Food (still variable, no changes) and Consumer Goods. Sellpoints and prices have been rebalanced as a result. Please can you advise the exact commodity requirements/eat rates for PoB's going forward? I can't seem to find any information what so ever.
Chenzo- what i was told, it is the same rate, same food and now consumer goods, but now no longer you need to suply oxigen and water, so insted of 3 things now is 2.
the farm is still something if you don't have a source of food close enough, even despite now produces, for most IFFs, 1/2 what it produced before.
