[Ships]/[Systems] The Hawk buyable from Wedel has no guns/shields/disco stats

Reproduction Steps:

• Went to Wedel Base after the update (thank you for adding the new ships)
  
• Purchased a Hawk
  
• The Hawk has no gun slots, shield slots, engine slots, or any of the standard stats of a discovery ship.
  

Additional Information: I have been scammed by an unscrupulous shipdealer

Is turning in the busted hawk mandatory?

As a fellow player pointed out to me, I now have a unique Hawk, which is rendered unique by its atrociousness, being worse in every statistical metric (edit: according to Darkstat, anyway), along with lacking guns or customization options. It might be fun to write a role-play story around getting scammed at the equipment ship dealer.

Mind, it is the fruit of the poisonous bug, so if the answer is "no, you shouldn't be flying that asset", I'll file the player request.
