I hope this transmission finds you in good health.

My name is Camden O'Reilly. I am a procurement specialist with a vast reach over the Sirius system,
I have encountered a couple of Unioner pilots in the bar of Krefeld base a couple of weeks ago, while passing through the system. I have overheard their discussion as they were quite loud and forthcoming with some details, and I have understood from that conversation that you fellas are planning to broaden your horizons significantly and increase your reach into Rheinland. From what I understood is that I believe you are barely reaching into the New Berlin system and need to expand your influence much more than that. With the given information I received, I do believe that you will have to acquire a forward base of operations where you are not stuck on the edges of Zurich, as it is imperative that you should have safe harbours where you can repair your ships, assemble your crews, and probably do some trades with the local allied merchants.

My offer and the demands are quite simple and easy to understand from a business perspective. As I have mentioned above, I am a procurement specialist, as are the crew that I employ all over Sirius. The independent contractors in my employment have been recruited from multiple sources and quadrants in the Sirius system. They are properly knowledgeable in all the commodities, and the trade routes, including the "off the grid" trade routes which are well known by smugglers. Now as I was saying that you will most definitely be in need of a forward base, I reckon you can look into the resources required to obtain such a structure and take on such a project. I am offering my services to the Unioner community to haul and deliver such materials as it is required for the construction, development, and maintenance of said structure, where ever it will be. I have capable crews that can handle such tasks with ease. I also possess an entire fleet of vessels that are moving any type of commodity all over Sirius, no matter if it is salvage, food rations, exotic ore or weapon components. We can deliver anything anywhere. We are even doing some ration and water deliveries to war torn systems. No job is too big or too small for us. I offer this to you in exchange for dock-able permissions for my vessels to be able to do extensive repairs due to the gravitational rifts and radioactive zones we sometimes pass, and then of course to refuel the ships, and the pilots at the local bar. This endeavour will however also have some minor negativities as I also have enemies of my own. From time to time it might be necessary for me to require your protection should my own security forces not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.

I’m a business man and I see a valuable opportunity for us to do long term business. I look very well after my crew and they will procure any item you may or may not require. I pride myself in the fact that most of my pilots are ex-pirates as well as ex-military. Its people that had a different lives and perspectives than what the average citizen are used to. They were the ones making hard choices daily and did many things to survive in the trying times they faced. They are very capable and experienced in their respective fields. Good day Captain Frei
I apologize for the delay to respond promptly as I have been occupied with surveys of the Omega 5 and Omega 11 systems. Myself with my crew where quite busy to acquire some highly sensitive information and scientific data for potential expansion and more discreet trading procurements. I do however highly appreciate you reaching out regarding my offer to deliver critical commodities to help the cause.

As per the previous transmission about the expansion plans I have overheard, I can not in good intentions state it as facts, due to the pilots being slightly, how can I put it, been well oiled with the local bar's liquid courage. It was just worth mentioning that the rumour is there, although I do believe myself that proof is in verifiable facts.

Then regarding your Solidarity Declaration
I have thoroughly read, and re-read the Solidarity Declaration and it is quite refreshing to encounter another captain that looks after the interest of his employees and crew. My own people will also verify that I believe equally that everyone should be looked after without any restrictions to or arising from any obscure monetary value. A happy workforce tend to give everything to the people that respect them and look after them. My pilots will fly into the first and last radioactive battle zone for materials that I might require, because they know I will be there to assist and lead them through, and also will take it upon myself to pay any price to have their backs when they need it. It is my obligation and purpose to carry them when they are in need, and thats exactly what I do. Without my crew, I am just a captain with a fleet and no one to pilot the vessels. Pretty useless to say the least.
And I fully agree with the contents. of the declaration and fully supports it. I am happy to state that I will sign it and that I will authorize my crew to assist you in any way they can when you need to do a formal audit. It will highly appreciate it if you can have the declaring and the distribution contract ready on hand when I reach Pacifica.

On the required materials, I have already dispatched some of my vessels to procure them from the respective suppliers and put the cost towards my personal account for the time being. The costs for the materials to be delivered will be as per the list from the top

All payments have been settled, the receiving office on Pacifica has processed the paperwork and also signed for commodity delivery in good condition as per original request. I have also received payment directly from Pacifica for the delivery. Please take note that the Energy field equipment was two separate deliveries, one for 3600 units and the other for 400 units. The pilot who did that procurement and delivery only possess a Breton KS-35 Civilian transport "Serenity" and that specific vessel only has a cargo storage capacity of 3600 units maximum. You will be able to confirm the delivery of two separate batches if you look at the recorded receiving logs at Pacifica.
I believe you should find this in order, and I'm looking forward to a mutually prosperous and lucrative business future. Also regarding the Solidarity Declaration, it has been completed and signed as per our agreement. You should be able to have it delivered to you when you reach Pacifica, as the document is in the possession of the station Overseer.
