Greetings from lovecraftian feverdream known as O. Kappa!
I am Paul Elonen, an unafiliated Zoner and merchant. I supervise a small rag-tag group of fellow Zoners based here at the Livadia Shipyards. Our forte is shipping material to and from the Omicrons to and from sundry ports - Sigma 15, Sigma 13, Leeds, Coronado, Pennsylvania, O. Mu, O. Delta, and, of course, O. Kappa. The deuterium "must flow" to Livadia.
A few days ago we were buying iridium at Athens Station and by happenstance began chatting with a Mr. Bristol Bamburgh. Our crew had a chance to inquire about the Bulwark vessel: it's properties, availabity, and so forth. Even our engineer was impressed - despite the Bulwark lacking PTE fusion engines. He has a thing for PTE engines - it must be their dependibility and, uh, "cool" contrails.
Should we be allowed to purchase a Bulwark, it would be dedicated to long-range trading routes. The deuterium-iridium route would be one such route.
The Bulwark's firepower would provide our crew with some much needed "life insurance" in Nomad Space. We've had some close calls in Delta and Kappa with our Whale, so security is sometimes a real issue.
Should we pass muster, please inform us of payment conditions - i.e. price, place of aquisition and any other conditions pertaining to usage.
Wishing you Health and Wealth to You and Yours,
Paul Elonen.

Good afternoon Mr Elonen,
My name is August Molitor, Director for the Financial Department here on Akutan Production Facility, and I will be handling this communication.
I’m glad that those who operate out of Livadia would hear about the Bulwark - we’ve sold more than a few to Phoenix, after all, and several other organizations in that region of space. The Bulwark-class Heavy Explorer is one of the best-suited vessels for the Omicrons, with a strong hull, good cargo, and a heavy armament to dissuade any vessel large enough to take her cargo from the idea.
There are, however, a few points I’d like some degree of clarification on. By “Mr. Bristol Bamburgh”, I would assume you refer to a Bamburgh Company ship - should you have seen them out in the Omicrons, well, I’d have to commend the audacity of our Gateway customers. There’s not many out in that area of space who are interested in trading with the Bretonians, after all. Most enjoy shooting them.
There is the fact of your scale of operation - you mentioned flights into Omicron Mu, which by any account I’ve heard of is neither safe nor entirely open. I would like to ask for your communications regarding gaining permission to that area, as from what I’ve heard there is a certain group in that system which takes tresspassers…not all too well. Of course, as a Zoner, I’m sure that there are certain communications which may have been lost in recent transit - signal repeaters failing and the like. If you don’t have this communication, by all means say, and we can work out a practicable engagement.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Mr Elonen.

Subject: Clarifications
Greetings Mr. Molitor. My thanks for your rapid response.
Concerning our entry into O. Mu - I'm afraid I'll have to plead ignorance of regional protocol. We observed other Zoners and some Freelancers entering O. Minor and O. Mu without consequence. We encountered the occasional patrol, but none of them responded to our greetings.
Nonetheless the governing faction you're alluding to has not shown any hostility towards us and has allowed us to ply our trade. Truth be told we just dock, buy materials, and depart. We don't hang out at the local watering holes nor do we exchange any superfluous niceties. Dock, buy, undock, ship's bow towards the O. Minor jumphole. Pretty uneventful and we prefer it that way.
If you would like more clarification, please let me know and I will oblige.
Wishing you Health and Wealth to You and Yours,
Paul Elonen.

Good afternoon Mr Elonen,
In that case, considering the failures of others to enforce their own laws, I don’t find it the place of Bristol C&M to do their job for them.
We currently have several Bulwark-class Heavy Explorer hulls for sale, ready for transfer. The price for a hull is 15.000.000 cr. You should be aware though, Mr Elonen, that this is the price solely of the hull itself. It does not include armaments, shields, or secondary propulsion. Should this be acceptable, please transfer the funds to account Akutan. Once we have confirmed payment, we will transfer the ownership codes to you by secure line.
Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Mr Elonen.

Good afternoon Mr Elonen,
We’ve confirmed payment for your vessel and have transferred the codes to your account. That transfer information will be valid for a week; should it not be entered within the week, we will reach out to you to clear up any issues.
I feel the need to inform you, that on acquisition you will be required to file paperwork with the relevant authorities to gain full access to your vessel. This communication should be sufficient for that. Should you require any assistance in this process, feel free to reach out to my office and a Bristol employee will guide you through.
Thank you for your business and fly safe, Zoner.
