it is SUPREMELY funny that ive seen something similar to this image in multiple discords, and that its basically mandatory that you have to have someone stay on the outskirts of the fight and flee if it looks bad so you can do ANY roleplay, especially on forums, and especially if you PVP.
the ideal option is to not have this rule at all, or Tails' version only apply if your character isnt where theyre supposed to be (out of ZOI, deep in enemy territory, nomad hellscapes)

What's funnier to me is that there necessarily must be enough people on the backend still thinking this is a good idea and advocating for it for there to not have been, at minimum, an "okay, we hear you, this rule will not be staying as it is please be patient" post yet.
Discovery's Staff has always moved at The Speed Of Slow but this is genuinely such an easy one to fix.
Greetings to the pilots, I have a question. While I can see some positive potential of the new DMTNT rule, I'm wondering what happens to us BHG players attending big fights. Say a scenario where LN is fighting Xenos or w/e , I go in kill 3 Xenos and then get killed myself cus i'm bad. Am I allowed to claim the 3 kills I earned on BBs or does that go down the drain since memory is wiped?

2.3 - Dead men tell no tales - when you are destroyed during a hostile player encounter, your character loses all memory of that encounter, other than that their ship was destroyed.
Rewritten - Dead Men Know No Facts - When you are destroyed during a hostile player encounter, your characters account of events becomes unreliable, and cannot be used to enforce roleplay consequences. Characters may still use the memory in personal roleplay, but not to utilize Faction Rights, push diplomacy/law changes, etc.
