[Equipment] Not so Maquis Montmirail Anchorage

Bug: Brand new Maquis base, the Montmirail Anchorage, doesn't sell Maquis equipment, as in nor guns, nor Maquis IDs. Instead, it has (only) GaCiv guns and IDs of both Gallic Navy and Gendarmerie.

Reproduction Steps:

• Dock on Montmirail Anchorage.
  
• See no Maquis guns.
  
• See no Maquis ID.
  
• See Gallic Navy and Gendarmerie ID.
  
• Station is sus.
