Yesterday was intercepted Blood Dragon vessel with full cargo hold of Hypnotainment Bands in Omega-52, near Gorodok. Vessel was not registered in CBG data base and carry restricted cargo, which according Blood Dragons captain words was ordered by ALF. In that case I have two questions:

For what you need such specific technology?
Question number two
Why CBG and other authorities wasn't notified about that delivery?

That is quite the situation ... i'll break it down directly ...
We NEVER contacted the blood dragons for any contract of that sort for Hypnotainment Bands ... and I double checked our communication feeds to be sure of that,
what is strange is that if it was for the Ashborns, the "usual" delivery place should be at Tangier since our base of operation is located here ... not Gorodok in Omega-52
i think that "honorable" blood dragon tried to fool you to not get terminated Comrad Commissar according to the Coalition Laws ...
If there is anything to help you in your investigation, let me know, since he Involved the ALF, i want to get the bottom of this situation too.
