This message is intended for the Lane Hackers of the Lovelace Circle we've kept on hearing of. Call me "Bowman". I coordinate Group Clarion. What's left of us are a cell of Militants in Pennsylvania from the Erie backcountry, trying to find an edge before the LSF forces us to go to ground yet again.
I doubt we'd need anything from each other in normal circumstances, unless you've all got some interest in Pennsylvania that hasn't come to the attention of our little revolt. But, there is one passion I'd wager my left eye on us sharing: causing Liberty grief.
Considering what we've heard of your talents these last weeks, I have a business offer that will accomplish just that. We recently pulled some data from an LPI terminal that contained correspondence towards who we believe to be LSF informants and handlers on Planet Erie. From that correspondence, we've collated the list of codenames used for these spooks and their pet moles on that Liberty network.
These are the same scum that've allowed the agency to stack the bodies of those with my job title rather high. Being a selfish man, I'd like to do them the honor first.
My question is, what're the chances you could put real faces and names to such aliases with your skillset? I don't know how long the list will stay current, and I assume they cycle codenames eventually. But is it feasible?

Ya don't need a lot to motivate me beyond "causing Liberty grief", but if we can put some names and faces to some codenamed spooks it would be pretty useful for a lotta reasons, even if they happen to uh, y'know, expire. The people or the codenames. That's some juicy intel right there! Can go a lotta places!
Now if it's actually feasible is gonna depend a lot on the flavor of spook, rank, network node and like 30 other factors so obtuse that I might as well call it Divine Luck, but you got the deets we sure as hell can try 'em.

I figure I will take this as the occasion to see if Divine Luck's in our corner, then. Their exact ranks and areas of responsibility aren't in our data, but hopefully what information we do have will be enough for you to pick up some kind of trail. One we can follow with sharpened knives and charged blasters, if at all possible.

You're an exuberant sort by the sound of it, so I'll hope it offers a modicum of challenge. Likely not as much as the quite impressive leak we're guessing your fellows put to the Net recently, but, that stunt only reminds me I'm talking to the right people.

As obtained from Liberty Police, Inc. Camp Monitor Net server #9, Vosburg Hinterlands, 31km from Vosburg city itself, in communication with Pennsylvania Neural Net node 0172 in a channel identifying under "nn.lib.er.opi.regionalintegration#3":
One of these probably refers to a handler or senior agent.
We know at least one is a traitor Zoner informant and not an LSF operative by the context of the original messages, slipping intel from within a community and needing protection. Future bullet / laser magnet right here.
The original subject matter of the Net communication chain between LSF and LPI was over the transfer of supposed high-value prisoners to LSF custody.
We're guessing any LSF agents listed will be operating either out of Vosburg as the regional Liberty stronghold, some newly-constructed Liberty fortress settlement as per Governor Davis' resettlement policy, or the planetary capital of Lake City itself.
