To the attention of the management,
The Armed Forces will be conducting several large-scale military maneuvers within the area surrounding the Tau-23 Jump Gate, and as such, I apologise for any potential disruptions you may face in organising shipments of Niobium and other materials. Please understand that we shall do our utmost to guarantee your safety throughout, and we will take steps to ensure as few delays as possible to Gateway operations.
It is also my request that the owner of this installation makes for the HMS Ark Royal; you will be escorted to my quarters as soon as your vessel moors by the personnel present. I wish to speak upon the future of your mining operations in the Tau-23 system.

Admiral, thank you for your communiqué on this matter. It would have been unfortunate indeed to have been caught in the middle of military operations whilst delivering vital supplies to Riau Star City!
Rest assured, after a short rest I shall make my way to the HMS Ark Royal post-haste. I'd like to get through this period with minimal delays to keep up our obligations to our clients.
To clarify, we (Gateway) aren't doing any mining. We run the logistics, the hard workers at the IMG do all the material collection. We supply them with the things they need to keep up and running and export their products to wherever they want it exported. Consistently, reliably and safely.
Matter of fact, perchance that Gateway could prove useful to the BAF in some way?
Ah, but we will speak soon enough. This message has enough rambling already...
