Konbanwa.
We are reaching out to defuse existing tensions and reach understanding between us. The incidents in recent days have been regrettable, and the climax of these moments has led to an internal disciplinary review of the pilot involved. We will investigate all facts of the matter, and then reach a conclusion as to the necessary course of action.
With that being said, I can foresee our ideological rift causing problems going forward. We will not be able to simply ignore each other as I had initially hoped, and instead, need to come to an accord and establish protocol between us. In a war as asymmetrical as ours, we cannot afford internal division in the face of our enemies.
Respond when you are able. The matter at hand is vital to the survival of our movement.
Forever in solidarity.

Identification: True Son of Kusari, Hirioki Serizawa
I am Hirioki Serizawa, hand to the headmaster of the True Sons of Kusari. You will not have the honor to speak with the headmaster until it is in his interest to be direct with you. This matter has been entrusted to me to handle.
News of your conflicting ideological interests has reached our court, and I respect your cause reaching out to us over this matter. Less we be forced to move under assumption of aggression from your newly formed band. Though a full introduction of your cause will do greatly as I further meditate over this will be better for you, Kobayashi-san. There are voices in the headmasters court that call for your heads for your small infractions.
I have found serving an ideology is best kept to serve your own people. Not to bring other peoples in line. I am a lord myself over the True Sons, their future is entrusted to me to bring glory to our name. People outside of the True Sons do not fall under our ideology and so I approach with a mindset that outsiders are not forced into our ways in a natural state of neutrality. We are dragons in a galaxy of men. Neither of us will give to the others ways, but there can be peace between us.
I must warn you.
If further reports reach me of your cause imposing your ways on those of the True Sons by force. You will be met with this dragons fire. If I am to raise my sword.

Konnichiwa,
I assume you are the new Blood Dragons to form a group, interesting things I have heard over the grapevine. I am Makoto, one of the council members of the True Sons. I understand our ideologies do differ, but this shouldn't be an excuse to be at each other's throats. Many would not approve that I would even reply to you, but I think it is honorable to at least try and make an understanding between us. On that particular day you mention, what has happened there wasn't exactly reasonable. We are Dragons, not worthless pirates looking for a fight. I also agree that we should put aside our differences and focus on the real foe, our real objective.
We cannot risk tearing each other apart, while our enemies grow stronger each day. This will prove to be our undoing, something we cannot allow to happen, not after all we have been through as any Dragon. A practical solution must be made if we are to survive together, even if we differ, it does not mean we have to have a difference of opinion about one another. We both have the same goal, and our people both are all Dragons. Kusari will not have us wither and die like an ill tended fire, not on something like this.
I believe I have broken my vows by sending this message, but I hope good can come out of it, Sayonara.

Thank you for your prompt replies.
Allow me to summarize a few things, beginning with our beliefs, phrased in appropriate detail and simplicity. The Kusari Liberation Army is a united front dedicated to destroying the Empire of Kusari, including the offices of Emperor, Shogun, and any noble titles, and seeks to abolish the capitalist system and establish a worker-run democratic system for all Kusari. We believe that true emancipation of the body politic requires both the destruction of the keiretsu and the very system that has allowed such actors to exist and thrive. There are many ideological camps within our coalition, but we believe we represent a significant portion of the left-aligned Blood Dragon movement, following in the vein of martyrs like our late Comrade Ozu. This means under our banners is a significant numbers of socialists, communists, anarchists, and some progressive social democrats. We also believe clinging to feudal concepts and notions such as "shogunates" and "daimyos" and "samurai" are reactionary and serve to oppress and enslave the people of Kusari, rather than liberate us.
I admit, your sect does not seem to have any clear ideological undergirding. I do see some anti-corporate sentiment among you, but also a predilection for the same feudal trappings as preceding groups. Regardless of whatever beliefs you claim to profess, it would be in the best interest of either of our camps to dissuade our personnel from engaging in petty grievances, taunts, or anything but respectful exchange of ideas. Additionally, we ought to unite in combatting common foes in the Imperial government, the keiretsu, Samura's lapdogs in the Farmers Alliance and Hogosha, and others. It is paramount that we maintain a united front. My man seemed to lose his temper when, after tense conversation and disagreements, your pilot seemed to taunt him when he faced down a KOI agent in combat. I would like to avoid regrettable situations like this in the future.
And please. There is no need for threatening language and posturing. I came to you with civility. Let's keep it that way, yes?
Solidarity.

Personally noted, I'll send whatever we can spare to aid you. Perhaps this will a first step to resolve any problems and put a good foot forward to improve relations rather than erase them.
