Director Hawthorne,
During my most recent patrol on the Pennsylvania system it came to my attention that the installation Liberty Sanctum is in breach of the Laws of Liberty. As per the approved modular bases list, the aforementioned installation should be under the Zoner affiliation.
I am afraid that this is not the case, however, as the installation's affiliation identifies it as a Deep Space Engineering facility.
Please refer to the attached data packet below for visual proof of the claim.
The installation is therefore found to be breaking the following article of paragraph eight; Any change to affiliation, name, location and/or ownership must be approved by Liberty Government.
Additionally, I would like to inform you that the installation is covered by two lightly armed weapons platforms, the legality of which I cannot confirm nor deny.
That will be all.
In service to the Republic.
- LIBERTY NAVY
FORTY-SIXTH FLEET "Honor. Courage. Commitment."
Thank you for your quick assessment of the facility that was originally brought to our attention by Bristol C&M, we will let you know if we need any further assistance from the Navy in regards to this issue. Oh, and thank you for confirming the presence of defensive platforms at the base.
