Esteemed Representative of Deep Space Engineering,

My name is Sebastian Voss, Director of Crayterian Integral Systems Engineering.

Allow me to bring up some history: since the Gallic invasion of the Sirius Sector - an event that affected all of us - the Crayter Republic and the Republic of Liberty, along with their associated corporations, have steadily increased economic cooperation. However, our logistical infrastructure has been under significant strain since that time. Despite extensive efforts to rebuild and stabilize it, recent developments in the Coronado system have further intensified the need for heavier vessels within our logistics fleet.

For this reason, we would like to order two Mastodon-class heavy trains for the needs of the Republic and offer either the direct financial procurement, allowing your personnel to manage the full construction process or a resource-assisted arrangement, in which we supply materials available to us that may be required for the construction of these vessels.

We are looking forward your reply.

Best regards.

James Preston, Unclassified Rank
LOCATION: Outpost Ozymandias
SUBJECT: Mastodon Purchase.

Good Day, Director Ross.

My name is James Preston, my role unclassified. I get things done correct the first time.

Thankyou for reaching out to the DSE.

Whilst we do not have the tooling at Ozymandias, the commission of Mastodon's is managed by Baltimore and we as the DSE are very capable of producing them for you, should all the correct boxes be ticked.

I've merely picked up on this for administration formality and as it meets my personal curiosity.

Are Crayter pilots allowed to command cargo ships with 5000 units of cargo capacity?

We'd not wish to break any rules.

It's with the warmest regard in which I'd love to hear back from you.

James.

Mr Preston,

Although our cargo ships are normally limited to 4,300 cargo units, these two vessels, after being constructed, delivered, and adapted to our standards, will become part of our Special Requisition Program.

Many of our personnel have previous experience dealing with vessels of larger cargo capacity, and the docks of our Sabah Shipyard are more than capable of servicing such vessels.

Therefore, no Sirius regulatory limits will be violated, and should any issues arise during the standardization process, we will return the vessels to you.

Best regards.
