My name is Kate Olsen. You have met a few of my predecessors on a couple occasions from what I have gleamed from the crew onboard upon my arrival. Allow me to explain our situation properly. As of now I am taking command of the cruiser Juneau, alongside a group of my newly-liberated cohorts. We are of the old Separatist Navy, captured during the Liberty campaign in Bering after our respective ships were disabled in combat. I have no real knowledge of anything that took place following the retreat from Bering nor anything that transpired within the aptly named Insurgency. To be frank, we don't really care as it all sounds like a bunch of political crap. Our thoughts remain firm, the corrupt house of Liberty must be brought to heel for it's repeated transgressions and their conquest of Erie and surrounding areas is just as egregious as anything else they've done.
As perhaps the final standing vessel of the Separatist Navy, we have taken up arms alongside the Erie militants to remind the Republic that they are not the victors, as we do not consider ourselves vanquished. To this end, we seek cooperation, and aide. Years without appropriate maintenance have taken a toll on this vessel, and the Unioner weapons that came onboard are barely functional. Patchwork repair and the very rare drydocking have left it in a miserable state. While we have a replacement set of turrets for the time being, we ask if you have the capacity to help us restore the original weaponry to full functionality.

Captain Olsen,
I'm not sure whether to be flattered or amused by your request - you've seen Pinnacle - every asset we have in the area is running on tenuous supply lines, EVA patchjobs, and spite. When something gets a sufficiently large hole punched in it, we still need to cycle out to Valravn for drydock, and with Auxo's limited throughput, that can take weeks if not months. I could pass a damage report from your chief engineer to Tectarch West and see what she and her people could pull off without a dockyard, but she has her hands plenty full with her own projects.
My personal suggestion to you would be to attempt to contact the Unioners or Rogues, as access to their yards is a luxury our politics simply do not afford us. If for whatever reason those options are off the table, I could try and pull some strings at Valravn. Being blunt, I'm pretty damn sure I could do it, but even then you're looking at one hell of a wait list.
I suppose my question here to you is, do you want it done fast, cheap, or right? You can pick two.
