To our dear friends in the Gallic Union,

On behalf of the Kaiser and Chancellor, the Federal Empire of Rheinland is formally extending an invitation to a diplomatic summit to be held between our two great states on Planet Baden Baden.

We are holding this summit as we are deeply concerned about recent diplomatic events, and to rectify the grave error in the exclusion of the Gallic government in prior talks on Planet New London.

We are seeking a resolution on the following subjects:

• Resolving escalation tensions in the Tau's between your state and the members of the so-called 'Harris Alliance'.
  
  
• Coordinating an effective response to the 'Niyodo Leaks' and ensuring a mutual state of security for both our nations by mitigating domestic and foreign threats.
  
  
• Establishing the position of both our states on the ongoing Galileo crisis.
  
  
• Establishing a more effective joint response to ongoing terror attacks plaguing our states, with additional discussion on the recent Freiburg Attack.

I must apologize for the delay in our response, but there was much debate about who exactly should be attending this summit. I have been selected to head the delegation that will be going to Baden Baden, but there is still some debate among the rest of the Ministers as to who else will be attending. That being said, the Gallic Union formally accepts the invitation of your Empereur and your Chancellor to attend this summit. We expect that you have already had quite a bit of time to prepare for our arrival, but would still request a specific date and time for our delegation to arrive.

I personally look forward to meeting with you to discuss the current situation, and believe that this will be a fruitful endeavor.
