Disagreements on necessary measures of the cabinet does not erase the fact that you stood at Shinobu's bedside alongside us.

While I am personally concerned with your own health and safety, I am also aware that, as of right now, you are not particularly in a position to deny me. Do you have a preferred tea, by any chance? I'd like to bring as much comfort as possible, despite the circumstances.

The Prime Minister is currently indisposed and in medical care due to the incident.
The KOI is unlikely to permit any visitors, seeing how antsy they currently are. She was briefed about your message and wishes to extend an apology of herself. The Owari in question was one she had been briefed about before, yet she failed to identify them in time during the Galileo mess. It is her belief that doing so could've changed the course of the events transpiring there.

It falls upon me, as State Secretary and proud servant to the Miyasu Family, to attend this meeting. Sanae trusts me completely, therefore this should not be an issue. I am however not the Prime Minister, so I hope this proposal is not deemed offensive by yourself, Minister.

I'll arrange everything for your arrival today, 19:30 local time, here at the Prime Ministry building. I'd be pleased if you were to bring your own favourite tea then.
