Who can fly the Yacht? Is gunboat turret mounting an error?

I absolutely love the yacht - it is a beautiful model. Accept that it is not a PvP or even a decent trade ship - it has character and real RP potential.

The AT sucks.

I think the only thing the AT has going for it is when you mount full deb turrets, it really does a number on shields. Then go ahead and put a couple of fast firing codes in the gun slots, and it punches down on people.

But yeah, when you're going for something like these ships, you should be thinking more in line of how you're going to RP when you're out and about. You want to make lots of money - get a big, bulky cargo ship. You want to have fun and interesting RP - get a ship that looks good and then finance it with the big, bulky cargo ship.

Yes, I realise that big transports are cashcows, and that combat ships are meant for combat.. I just want a nice ship that is profitable (no matter how much, once I set it up, as long as it has some profit), and somewhat able to defend itself.

Great RP vessels for Diplomats and such

For Diplomats and plutocrats of all stripes.

It's a great RP ship; the double CM's definitely have potential if they are repositioned.

Most gunboat guns don't work on it simply due to the Yacht's low powercore (the best I was able to put on and fire was the Cerebus), so I doubt that's a bug.

I've had good experiences with the AT, too... don't be so quick to slam it!

Anyways, Quorg is always up for a yacht race! Keep me posted.
