Need help to Find Ships

I know this post has been posted thousands of times but I really need someone to help me to find the following ships.

I don't play on Internet anymore, only on open Singleplayer but I need you to help me to find the ships because discovery became so huge that I don't understand the mod anymore.

Whatever...

I'd like to find those ships:

Please tell me on which base or at least which system I can find those ships !

Hi guys!

I found the ships I wanted, but I've got a problem :

I bought an Order Light Carrier and fully loaded it with Order turrets and weapons for Cruisers but it's unefficient ! :(

The weapons eat too much energy so I can shoot only once every each 10 seconds... :angry:

Some of you on the forum could give me some good weapond configurations or recommendations ?

I remind you that I don't play on Internet Server, only on Singleplayer so I won't turn your configurations against you online :P
