I can't connect!

Have you ever been able to connect to the server before and make a char? Sometimes if I log out and try and log back in it says that my accounts already in use, coz of lag.

If you havn't been able to connect before and it says it someone else is using the account ID that your trying to use, I think you can make another account with Korrds account manager. That should solve your problem.
