Look at this, if there are just two players. Player A kill player B in system for example manhaten.
So if he shot me again in different system, i have right to shot back, but also i cant engage him becouse of rule 5.8. I know there is writen regardless of who is attacking. But tht mean that i can follow you in to the another system and kill you again, when you respawn i can follow you to another system and kill you again. ......
This is absolutely against RP cause same player can kill you 10 times in 10 minutes. There should be writen that same player cannot engage you for 4 hours not just you cant engage him.
If he fires on you in a different system ... he has initiated a new encounter ... you can defend yourself to the point of destroying his ship. Those rules were designed to keep people from getting killed and coming back over and over and over again to harass the guy that killed him. But if he kills you ... and then comes at you again ... he's chosen to ignore your limitation. If he comes at you ... take him out. When he's done ... he has to leave you alone for 4 hours.
