Kusari 'Big Dragon' Transport

Does the Kusari 'Big Dragon' Transport classify as Kusari Civilian?

Would it be within rules to have a GC IDd/Tagged Big Dragon without needing a special roleplay ID?


(There'll be RP for it anyway, but need to know if we need to submit for a special RP ID or not.)

Just as an addition to the post, it is green on the use of technology chart assuming it is Kusari Civillian, so going by that it would technically allow anything Kusari Civillian made even something like the Kusari Train.

The Big Dragon doesn't appear to be owned by any specific organisation either, from first looks it looks totally green.

Should be fine. It's something the GC could probably steal on an off night or something. I'd guess both Samura and Kishiro makes them.
