I stir up the hive of navy by taxing every single trader that comes through cali that i could catch.
The trader strike back by sending several naval ships i enlisted the help of a rag tag squad
And a un likely ally of opportunity who basically served as a temporary main target for the navy.
in witch all naval vessels were killed.
I do not in no way apologize for my actions After coming across evidence that the liberty navy shortly there after struck back at california killing several LR- Tagged vessels Being as a high priority target.
The rogues decision to banish me Sealed there own fate as they were destroyed shortly there after.
I am a powerful ally rogues i am but one ship. It never hearts to have a trigger happy outcast .
Yes the navy has it gunning for me but they have it gunning for you way more then me so i say you let me come back to Alcatraz Base Re Stock and we Strike where we feel fit.

You have done little thus far to prove your worth. Killing a few Navy Officers does not elevate your status in our eyes. We've all killed many in our time, but a pirate is not measured by the notches in their belt, or the treasure in their hold.
Continue to base yourself elsewhere for the time being, until such time we see fit that you may return.
And I assure you, we have more than enough trigger happy Outcasts to let one go amiss. And personally I wouldn't care if I never had to see you again.

Good evening, friends. My associates have had a talk with this "Doombringer", and he has agreed to step away from Liberty for a while.
I am not particularly fond of his methods - all force, no subtlety. But, he is an Outcast, so it is my duty to ensure that this matter is resolved peacefully.
How are your supply stocks holding up? I can't imagine that a rampaging gunship wouldn't affect them...
As you know the influx of Outcast Gunships has dramatically increased over the course of the past few months. While the strain on our shipyards to produce the Liberty Rogue Gunboat has decreased with the new design, the demand on our stations to support these ships has increased ten fold.
Fortunately with improved supply routes and a higher number of Liberty Rogues captaining transports has increased we are able to keep up with demand -- barely.
It bothers me greatly that a large number of Outcasts moor Gunships and Destroyers at our stations and leech our supplies while offering nothing in return for our hospitality. Many of the Rogues are becoming uncomfortable with the Outcast presence. As you know, Liberty is our hunting grounds, our primary source of income. Every time an Outcast steals from a trader instead of a Rogue, our lively hood and economy suffer because of it, even if only slightly. We would prefer to see more Outcasts operating outside of Liberty in the future.
It would help our organisation greatly if the number of Gunships being produced for deployment in our space was reduced, and if the number of Destroyers being produced for deployment in Liberty was ceased entirely. We won't hesitate to destroy any Outcast Destroyer we find with in Liberty stiring up trouble.

Subject: A thought.
Hm. Unfortunately, we can't slow down production of our capital ships. Despite the fact that so many are taken down to Liberty, many are also used in our war with the Corsairs, and since we don't have any reliable way of knowing which is which... We can't sacrifice that force here, even though - because much of it is taken elsewhere.
However, I had an idea. I need to get the rest of the Council to approve it, but that will not be difficult.
This will not apply to the Brigade, the Reapers, or the 101st, as they are beyond my authority, but they are not usually the problem.
Outcasts in Gunships must split their profits with the Liberty Rogues and Lane Hackers in order to dock at their bases. I think 25% is the best number to use; it should easily cover supplies if the pirate is remotely competent, and it's not so high as to have Outcasts refusing to follow the order. I wouldn't worry much about them using Freeports or Junker bases instead; the Jersey field is not pleasant for a gunship, and we can't reach any safe Freeports. If it does become an issue, we'll revisit this.
Outcasts in Destroyers or larger ships are to leave Liberty immediately when asked by the Rogues, Hackers, or ranking Outcasts. Failure to comply may result in the boarding of the vessel and execution of its captain.
Please keep in mind that this is not yet in effect. When I make the public announcement, it will be.
You may note that this proposal doesn't cover small craft. In my experience, the maintenance and supplies for small craft are far less expensive, and this also easily allows for them to be used to escort Cardamine transports without issues. I also get the feeling that when told not to bring their capital ships, most of these pilots aren't going to want to use a fighter; they'll just go somewhere else.
It also doesn't cover pirating transports for a very simple reason: if they moor with one of your bases, they're very likely to simply sell their cargo to you, which you can then resell for more money.

Hmmm, no, let me correct this a little. The escorts are fine....I don't care, you can escort with an Outcast battleship if you wish, just dont let it sit there too long. I have nothing against these ships as smuggler bodyguards, but the fact that the last week, all and I do mean ALL Outcasts I have met were Tridentes. That must speak volumes....
I am sad to say this, but if this keeps up we will simply starve...
