Hello, this is Order member Zaphenath-Paneah.
The free roaming Freelancer fleet, Deaths| came to us today in seek of an alliance, and so I am going to run it by you.
What they want is to be granted to dock on Isis and Planet Toledo, protection in our systems, and to be able to hunt people on their hit list, as long as they arn't freinds of us.
In return, they will help us rid of the dreadfull rebellion.
Is this accaptable?

So after taking a break for about a year I've decided to get back in to Disco. So yeah.
As stated abouve, they will not hunt any of our allies when in our systems, They have figured out that much.
Currently, they are neutral with the BHG, even though they offten uuse their equipment.
They have also stated that they don't need any of our equipment or ships, they just want to be able to dock and pass through every now and then.

I am Colonel Cameron Mitchell of the Deaths|. Currently we are in process of Gathering Information on a smuggling ring, based out of New York, that is managing to smuggle live artifacts into liberty. I am currently not at liberty to discuss all the details as it is Classified, but we have traced several shipments, to the vicinity of your zone of infulence. Your pilots seem to do an outstanding job of halting this despicable act, however, several shipments are still managing to get through. We are not in your space to hunt corsairs, or your pilots.
Your pilots are most accurate in our wish for a Treaty. Our requests would be that Deaths| with exception to Cpt.Murdock, who is having transponder issues, Be allowed to use the Isis, and Toledo, as remote resupply bases. We will gladly pay any price your stations set, for H-fuel, basic replenishment of ammunition, and repair/resupply of food stores, and nanobots/shield batteries. We also wish to be able to Investigate this matter further, I.E. the smuggling ring. As i said, we are gathering intelligence, so their will be no firefights, or detainment of these vessels, as it is in your jurisdiction.
We have no interest in retrofitting our well outfitted craft with any of your technology, nor do we require your ships. We also have no reason to access omicron 100, which is, I believe, a restricted area anyway.
Currently we have no side in the BHG/Order war, as, has been explained, our Fleet of Drifter Freelancers, requires as many Treaties as possible in order to effectively survive in sirius. I believe, as the Leader of this group, that Diplomacy is always the first course of action.
I hope we can recieve a response after your Highest Level of Government can deliberate on our requests.
I am not part of the High Command or neither a diplomat but your message is well good for me, Colonel Mitchell. It is also more clear and as a Captain of the Primary Fleet, agreed on your behavior and objectives.

Mr. Mitchell, I am Colonel Matthew Carter representing the Order in Diplomacy. Your terms for Freelancer use of the Minor system for your investigations sounds reasonable. Of course, if any of your men happen to be bothersome to our activities or those of our allies, we may have a problem. But I have confidence that you will not allow that to happen. I am glad no problems exist between you and the Bounty Hunter Guild, and we will not drag you into our war with them.
There is the matter of rouge Order pilots. These men are dangerous and a threat to everyone in the Omicron systems, and of course there is the ever present threat of nomads. These two foe are common, and we would like to see voluntary help against them in the event of thier presents in our influenced systems.
I give you complete docking privelages. I look forward to our co-opperation and I hope, with our accomadations, your investigation can come to a successful conclusion.
Ahh, Colonel Carter. We would be happy to assist you with the Rogue Order pilots. As for nomads, we will assist in destroying them, but we currently do not have the means to transport the nomad brains. to avoid infection to our pilots, we will not be tractoring in any nomads, we leave that to your men.
