Aazalot Voncloud was once one of the most profitable, and skilled Mercenarys known in the Sirrius System.
His flying skill was unmatched by a very select few, his wits untried by anyone. No mission or task was to much hassle, as long as the Credits offered were vast. Although reveared by many, Voncloud was cold, his only ally, whoever paid him most, his only loyality, his employer. The second the contract was terminated, you were noone to him, he could quite happily work for you, then next day be hunting you for somoene else. All that counted was the Money to him.
His ship, the Black Raven was hi spride and Joy, quick, manuvarable, well armed, it was the envy of many a pilot.
Working from his small base hidden within an astroid field in between the Tau systems he took on many contracts.
As things started to quiet down, the contracts stopped coming, although wealthy Vonclouds greed had taken hold, and started to gamble his wealth away, soon, his winnings started turning into debts, soon his had lost everything, the base, his beloved ship, his wealth. All of it was gone.
For the next few years Voncloud spent planetside unable to fly, unable to work.
After many years of wollowing in self pity and despair, Voncloud noticed something land nearby, a new ship, one he hadnt seen before, Markings he was unfamilure to him. It was this ship that gave him the sudden realisation. He had been planetside for so long, he knew nothing of what was going on above.
With this he decided to take control once more, finding a scrapped Starflier he set about getting the thing to fly, and soon he was in space again. But much had changed, new factions, new ships. It would take time, but Vonclouds name would sweep accross Sirrius again.
