As Alster Union, we are unaware of such a treaty in place between Unioners and Hackers, while we have a good understanding with our Hacker colleagues. Discussions for the passage authorization between our neighbouring systems haven't been brought to the table yet and that Rheinlander policeman, whoever that is, remains to be a mystery for now. We would like to seizure the person in question to interrogate him ourselves and learn about the free passage treaty you have referred to.
