Opacus and BHG|John.Baum has been sanctioned due to a report posted on 4 August for :

5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks with a station, jump gate, or trade lane during a PvP fight, this player has fled the fight. The fleeing player must leave the system and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remain in the system until four hours have passed from the time the fight ended.

Consequences :

Loss of all credits.

Comments / Instructions :

You are not allowed to use your cruise engine to catch up to another ship during a battle. When you engaged your cruise engines, you were are deemed to have fled to battle and so when you attacked you broke the re-engagement rule. See the text above.

Read the complete server rules and before anyone else posts here, read this.

This is a classic mistake or miss-understanding.

Its simple, been on here long enough to know not to cruise during a pvp unless

1. Escaping
2. Opponent has engaged cruise.
3. Opponent caught up with escaping attempt and we re-engage or vice versa.

I know if I set cruise it’s for these reasons.

Second of all, the person who filed the report never made mention or such issue or to my recollection attempted to clear the issue.

I request proof of these accusations.

I asked for this violation report to be reviewed and as a result of that review I'm reversing the sanction. My apologies to you. I'll contact you both by PM to arrange appropriate compensation.

Thank you for being reasonable.
All I did was cruising after an already cruising vessel.
