Greetings,


Today at New York, a foreign Battleship was encountered on the Orbit of Planet Manhattan 5k+ out. However, he hasn't made any harm, but the Saronsen-"Paradise" does not have permission to be on liberty space as i know of. Shots were taking as shown below:



-In this shot, he/she replies to me that "Foreign vessel are very much so allowed here in liberty"



-Then again he says, "They're only banned on Rheinland"
I stood confuse when he/she said that, and it not true.



Though Plodington agreed on the Laws which he replied - "Foriegn Battleships aren't allowed."
But he still refused that foriegn Battleships aren't allowed in Liberty.



I told him politely, but then again he refuses to leave. He was looking for a(n) official [LN], but i doubt the official will allow him on Liberty without a permission from high command.

I don't know another way to report this, but he forced me to do it.
