The Order has supporters from within the houses. There are several individuals from corporations, governments, and criminal groups who support our cause with monetary donation, and even find new pilots for us.
We get some of our resources from the Corsairs as part of the contract arrangement that let them get ahold of the Osiris battleship plans.
Many basic resources such as food, simple supplies, etc. are obtained from the Zoners, who are probably our closest ally at the moment.
