3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies. Fines will be levied according to the severity of the offence, and the number of times it has occurred.

Consequences :
Fined all credits.

Comments / Instructions :
Rule says don't use out-of-character chat in system chat - so don't do it.

XTF Tiger is no longer with us,he resigned whilst a vote was in progress to kick him from the XTF ,if he has not already done so we would very much like it if his XTF chars can be renamed or tags removed,We hope that this will bring an end to the problems we have had on disco of late.Also his brother XTF leo will probably follow.
