So we have credit cards and noone uses them. What about making a banking corp ID and making them recieving some good trade value on transporting them from house to house. Armored transports, tons of credit cards, pretty well guarded. challenge for everyone

Risky cargo, but I like the idea of a banker ID that allows you to buy credit cards for a lower price in certain areas.

This is exactly what we need more of, high risk commodities.
Nuclear devices are a nice example but really, these would be the king of them all.

I had this thought about some criminal bases selling counterfiet credit cards.
say, a 10k credit card, but it sells at casablanca at 9k, not at all at the other bases in the area, etc.

We could also go a bit more indepth into the underpinnings of the economy as a whole, and set up a currency exchange. I expect there'd be at least four house currencies, with the spacer currency being credits throughout. Credits, though, are really rather large units, in my oppinion, something far beyond what you'd use to buy a sandwitch. 10k(I think, what's a starflier cost?) of these things can buy a starflier, the most basic of starships, yes, but even that, its a rather large peice of equipment...four times that, a Rhino. I expect someone could easily sell a rhino, and purchase a rather large and nice house. An eagle is something you could retire on, as demonstrated in sp, when trent suggests that one million credits is his big score. A retiring score. Something to live comfortably on for the rest of his life.

Rambling aside, we could have at least four native currencies to disco, one in each house. Corsairs and OC could have their own, and, in fact, each base could, in theory, have its own...I expect that the divison of currency wouldn't get any smaller than the division of governments, though.

This proposes something that can be shipped from place to place. Liberty currency more in demand on one planet than another, etc. Or something to ship to the border stations, from the capitals. Move Bretonian cash to the Rhienland border, to sell to people passing over, for example. Unlawfuls could have high demand for cash, and buy it high, or, in some cases, be producing counterfiets, and sell it abnormally low.

Something to consider, though, when proposing new items: Each salable commodity or peice of equipment added to the mod is about .02 ping, or some such. Its not much, but it really does build up.

The ID suggestion would tie in exactly with thread that I made a while ago.

But I really like this idea, it would add some brilliant pirating opportunities.
If I had a bunch of spare change, I'd start shipping cash like this, just for fun. But, I'm eternally poor, so that's that.
