From AP Manufacturing to Rheinland Authorities

Hello, ladies and gentlemen.

Today I received a very ... disturbing communications from Balthazzar Kratos, commander of the APM-Cancer, and member of the board of directors of AP Manufacturing. He stated that, while conducting his normal operations on behalf of AP Manufacturing in Rheinland space, he was ordered out of Rheinland by two officers of the Rheinland military. Apparently they were concerned that he was a Liberty pilot.

I recommend checking your neural net memory cores for errors, since AP Manufacturing has been peacefully and successfully operating in Rheinland space for years, under a quite peaceful agreement reached between the office of the Chancellor, Mr. Edward Harland (Chairman of the Board of APM) and Mr. George Graves, (Guildmaster of the BHG|, and primary stockholder of APM).

To simply refresh your memories, the arrangement was thus: The S/D (remember them?) wholly owned APM. The S/D worked out an arrangment with Interspace to share office space in ALL of their stations, since the S/D as bounty hunters work in all house space (including Rheinland), and it just so happens that Interspace has bases in all houses. This also allows for convenient storage facilities for materials and personnel to be collected for later transhipment to bounty hunter bases and facilities. As a flag of convenience only, APM ships would carry the Interspace IFF and ID, to reflect this arrangement. The S/D received permission to work in Rheinland, and since APM ships could carry supplies for Rhienland shipyards as well as our own, APM ships would also operate in Rheinland. Due to the merger of the S/D with the Core into the BHG|, the ownership of APM transferred to the BHG|.

All previous agreements and arrangements remained both effective and in effect.

I can understand the certain zealous members of any military might not have all information regarding agreements reached between their governments and assorted private corporations available at their fingertips at all times, especially when a private corporation such as APM has operations that not only span all the houses in Sirius, but also reach out to all areas to support the operations of the Bounty Hunters Guild.

Thus, I am sending this communication to you, hoping that we can all put this mis-understanding by your pilots behind us, and that we can continue to have the genial and profitable relationship between APM,the BHG|, and Rhienland that we have always had.

Our Rheinland Military pilots were acting under the direct orders and the will of our Kanzler Rheinhardt himself.
The signed pacts with the Interspace Comerce Corporation are restricting the haul of cargo to bases outside the logistical operations,
Interspace Comerce is dependent on.

The signed treaty with the AP Manufacruting and the Strontium Dogs Bounty Hunters,
was only valid until the 01/01/817 A.S. and the cowardly Libertonian invasion took also its toll on this matter.


Seeing the new formed Bounty Hunters Guild operating without any recorded violations of Rheinlands laws,
your concerns and case was directly forwarded to Kanzler Rheinhard, to take care of this matter.

The decision of the Kanzler was made,
shortly after the consultation of his Fleet Admiral Malexa Malte to get the Military aspect of this situation.

Seeing the Strontium Dogs beeing united within one single Bounty Hunters Guild core and its capable leadership in both the Guilds core and the Rheinland field office, the Admiral has no concerns in permitting properly AP Manufacturing tagged vessels, with visible shipnames on their hull.

Every attempted concealment of the shipnames or the AP Manufacturing marks, the noncompliance to any of the Rheinland laws,
or the aid towards a Rheinland crimnal organization, will have the result of an immediate nullity of this new treaty.

Furthermore relies Kanzler Rheinhardt on the common Bounty Hunter procedures,
to only hunt criminal beeings in non capital shipclasses, within Rheinland sovereign territory.



This document will be available on every Rheinland Military or Police outpost, beeing present in the Rheinland colonies.

The Kanzler also has the right to declare this treaty nullified at any time beeing.

With this document, every properly APM tagged and Interspace IDed vessel, is allowed to haul cargo within Rheinland sovereign territory.
