Hello Cartel this is Andre Zeychs from Legacy. I am calling to propose a business deal with you fine fellows.
As you may know our organization is reforming and we hope to cement a few business dealings to help grease the axle that is change. That is why we are coming to you now.
To put it simply we need weapons and lots of them, and the outcasts seem to have that. We are in need of mainly Krakens and Wyverns *begins whispering* and if you can scrounge up an inferno or two that would be most pleasing *looks around then speaks normally again* Our junker weaponry is subpar for the type of jobs we will be doing and we wish to get our hands on some of your superior weaponry that we have seen you use in combat to great effect.
We are willing to work for said armaments but are unaware of the Cartel's needs. You inform us of that and we will deliberate on it and let you know if we can do it and how soon. We already ship plenty of goods to Malta so we hope this measure and past friendliness will work to both our organizations benefit.

As we are not Outcasts but business partners, we have no authority in this matter concerning their technology. Contacting the Council of Dons would be a much better way for you to acquire the weapons. For us to ship their weapons to a third party would be considered an insult, at least I would.
