I have already made it clear that I had no other choise but to ask permission to dock at Livadia and fix our shields which have been sabotaged at that time. I respect your decision although I have not gotten approval.

On the other side, I have already told my men NEVER to dock at Livadia at any costs! We are already too low on our supplies and I find it difficult to maintain my battleship only, not to mention that some our departments our sealed due to decompression. If you, by any chance, see one of my fleet's capital ships dock at Livadia, you have my personal approval to eliminate him and his crew. If he manages to escape in that scenario, contact me. I will personally execute him.

I hope we did not disturb relations between us. I would not like that to happen.
