I am planning to try a Rheinland Container Transport.

Hopefully the general direction can be recognized with this early shot.

Seeing that I start tinking about the current one. And the heavy chin it has.
I'd like to see a model of it.

Whilst I always like to see new models being thrown about, I cant help but feel that there's no real need for this as there's little wrong with the current Rheinland train.

However, scaled down it could always fill that C-Trans sized void that there is in Rheinland currently.

Fatten up those struts and put a heap of turrets on it?

That's really a nice start. For just the cargo pods, it so far has a very CTrans-ish feel. I'd start thinking about where you're going to put the turrets, though, since that's kind of a staple of the two existing CTrans'.

I am thinking about putting the turrets to the head section (needs to be modeled first) and three between the cargo pods, in the middle of them. They will be connected by some triangle-like part, where I plan to place the mounts somehow. I am just lacking some ideas...

I wouldnt mind if all the house-specific trains and container transports had their modelled cargo pods removed, and custom cargo pods added (like the cargo pods the vanilla trains/transports use).

I was always a fan of that customization among the vanilla ships, but it'd be nice to have the same thing for non-vanilla trains and transports, since the originals look pretty boring.

My vote goes for house specific containers for all the houses, maybe even some pirate containers, and transports modified to equip them =)

It feels a little uninspired to me for a container transport. It looks pretty much exactly like that one we had in 4.84. I'd like to see a different, unique container transport design, kinda like how the Shire is.

To me, it seems rather based of the Kusari Container Transport. I don't think that should be what rheinland's should be like. Rheinland's tend to be bulky, Kusari ones tend to have lots small detail.

I would actually like a somewhat "bulky" body, with the cargo pods attatched to the side? Not like the bretonian one, where the cargo pods are attatched to the centre.
