Idea : Impromptu event threads

We keep the scheduled events.

But maybe we also make Impromptu event/battle threads?

Say a bunch of BAF are online, and bored.

They post in the BAF/KNF event thread saying "hey, KNF, we are scouting Kyushu. Wanna try to stop us?"

I can think of a few more; MM/Corsair for instance

OC/Corsair...

Good way to arrange a quick scrap outside of the scheduled events.
