**Incoming Transmission**

Konnichiwa, I have been appointed by the Gas Miners Guild as a Tsukai or Envoy to Liberty.

My mandate is to be based among our Zoner allies in Pennsylvania. Within Liberty, I have been charged with promoting the Guild among new traders.

Part of my role would be to impart my knowledge of space etiquette to new pilots, as well as providing basic escort and training for lawful trade vessels. I also have a good knowledge of language, and will be seeking to improve the communication skills of pilots I assist.

In matters of authority, I will of course at all time defer to the local authorities. I do however reserve the right to defend myself and my charges from unlawful attacks - particularly when honourable rules of combat are not being followed.

Please note, that at this stage I am not a direct spokesman for the Guild, until such time as I am granted Diplomatic Status. - the proper diplomatic channel is directly to the Guild Masters. I can, however, answer questions if approached in space.
