Outcast aggression within Bretonian core space

I am contacting you with regard to a worrying development with a couple of outcasts that are known to take advantage of the generosity of the Bretonian forces. These two command warships which have openly attacked myself within Bretonian space. I expect all their docking rights, and neutral status, to be revoked immediately.

The two ships in question are the outcast destroyer, Outcast_Jerry, and the Tridente gunship, Optimus Prime. Yesterday they both attempted to destroy my vessel, and Optimus Prime, despite being destroyed by myself in New London, was somehow able to get back to Leeds, ready a new gunship that he'd obviously landed on the planet, undock it and then engage my Orca as I returned from New London with the aforementioned outcast destroyer hot on my tail after me destroying the original ship flown by his colleague!

For some bizarre reason neither the Derby, nor the Planetary defenses of Leeds saw fit to fire upon these two vessels, despite them openly firing upon a guildmaster of the Bounty Hunters Guild! I expect, and demand, that these two vessels be placed upon the lists of hostile vessels, and that they are driven from Bretonian space immediately. I would prefer that they be destroyed on sight, but I would understand if this does not occur.

They shall be placed upon a list we keep for dealing with traitorous scum & dealt with. If they should happen into you space or better yet, your gun sites, feel free to cleanse the gene pool of these two viral infections.
