Alright, so I've had this problem for about a week now, and have no idea what to do.

My Start buttons on the keyboard no longer bring up te Start Menu for some reason. I tested it with different keyboard, and it also doesn't work. I didn't change or do anything that would cause this.

Anyone got any ideas why is this happening and how to fix it?

Apparently a program called Copy Handler could cause this problem. I'll keep digging though.

This is WinXP right?

Try this linky thingy. The step by step, not the download. There is no way in hell I'm going to download and patch some random file into my registry.

linkey thingy(it's for Windows 7, but it's the same path in XP)

Nah, don't have that, and running Win Vista Ultimate with no SPs(afraid something will screw up if I update, since first and last time I did it I had to format the PC).
