two or so weeks ago I was chasing a trader through Kusari on my AFA...he took out a lane and when I caught up with him he had bought a Kusari transport and a Samura ID and asked "what now?" then headed back towards the Taus with his Optronics

It's people like that who are the real plague of trading.

I would have laughed. He spent much more on a new transport than he would have just paying you off.

I believe the answer to this is watch as he's arrested for treason? Or he's in for a surprise, as I do believe Samura ID makes you hostile to all the Bretonian governmental entities so...
