So, over the past few days I've been going quite stir crazy being off work for so long, so I decided to get bored and start moving things around my small dorm room. Eventually, it looked perfect, so I went and bought me a brand new TV. Hooked it up to my laptop for my movie pleasure, and then sat down, thinking I was done for the night.
Wrong.
I decided to network my Laptop to my computer via wireless router. Windows 7 makes it so easy, it's as easy and clicking a button, entering in a password, and BAM! Computers networked. So, I did that, cool, I can watch movies and listen to music on my TV and brand new surround sound system. I thought I was done.
Wrong.
I got even more bored after watching two movies, and decided to play with the apps on my iPhone and stumbled upon something called "Remote". I linked my iTunes to my iPhone and now, I can litterally control the music and movies that play on my TV...with my freaking iPhone!
AHHH!

I'll do you one better! In house parties and bars, often havign a laptop connected to the sound systems is dangerous with the outrageous amount of drunk people stumbling about or wildly doing gestures to communicate their points in a conversation. So you take that computer/laptop, and put it away. Then use your iPhone remote to control the music with your computer/laptop safely hidden away.
I take over the music at lots of parties, which used to be a game killer if i wanted to be on the dance floor but couldn't cause I had to keep going back to the music selection screens. But now I just whip out my iPhone, and que the music while I am still dancing. It gets super sweet when you already are dancing with a hottie, and want to make the dancing a little bit more fun and seductive, without skipping a beat or losing her attention, que up the next song for that fun.
Oh and there is a built in voting system if there is multiple iPhone's connected.
