[ESS][Cpt.Black.Jack] has been warned for the following:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences: Deleted all cargo and put a warning notification in your hold. Please read the rules and pay more attention to them in future. Additionally, your name has been changed from [ESS][Cpt.Black.Jack] to [Loner]Cpt.Black.Jack due to a request from the [ESS] faction since he is no longer an officially sanctioned member of their group.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
This is extremely appreciated. We have been unable to contact him in game and there is no viable way of contacting him outside of the game(that we know of).
He is not considered a member of the ESS and has not been for some time now. He will not answer any of our hails and he willingly breaks the rules of the server repeatedly. We do not stand for this and I appreciate action being taken by the Admins against him and renaming his character since we could not get him to do this on our own.
