I just noticed this, but if you dont run Milkshape 3d as an admin, it cant assess the registry, and if it can access the registry it cant save the date, so it never expires, Leave it up to Microsoft to aid pirating:crazy:

You might could export the entire registry before you install it, and then compair that to the registry after you install it to find where it stores the date,

I've seen countless flaws on anti-piracy methods, and even more flaws on trial activation methods. But this one is the most stupid I've ever heard of...

I see that Windows hasn't changed that much, save for all the cumbersome eye-candy they added to it.
