in fact, the bombers dogfighting abilities can be nerfed alot by simply restricting the turn of all bombers torp mounts to forward only.

I get taken out regularly by Novas from bombers, whilst doing all i can to dodge. This shouldnt be happening we all agree. I also believe that all the bombers have a stupidly large amount of hull. It should be the same as a VHF imo.

So Restrict the fireing arcs of the novas and take down its hull and available regens (after all, i have had fights with bombers lasting ages simply because they have 5+ full regens.)

why they are called bombers in the first place?....they don't do any actual bombing...they are simply bi torpedo with wings that have enough hull and agility to stand enough time against any fighter to get that one lucky shoot against it...

Hmm, there could be real bombers, matter of modifying mines. Make the best model restricted to the bombers only and far more powerful than it is currently. They'd also have to turn a bit worse. Because now they make quite decent anti-fighter weapons.
