First of all I would like to introduce myself. I don't know if you had any intel about me or my organization. Probably you heard the name of Andrew Octavius or maybe not. Oh well, that's me. I'm the Pacifier (leader) of the Peace Organization. Our main goal is the development and commercialization of a new engine type, one that is less polluting. For this, we've been helped by our Gaian allies. We know that you and the Gaians don't have a very good relation but I'm here to talk in the name of Peace and ask you not to list us below the Hostile or Unfriendly line due to our Gaian connections. All I want is neutrality between our two factions. We are not terrorists. We share almost the same goals as the Gaians but we use more peaceful methods. We try negotiating and if that fails, we change our point of view and try again.
