First of all I would like to introduce myself. I don't know if you had any intel about me or my organization. Probably you heard the name of Andrew Octavius or maybe not. Oh well, that's me. I'm the Pacifier (leader) of the Peace Organization. Our main goal is the development and commercialization of a new engine type, one that is less polluting. For this, we've been helped by our Gaian allies. We know that you and the Gaians don't have a very good relation but I'm here to talk in the name of Peace and ask you not to list us below the Hostile or Unfriendly line due to our Gaian connections. All I want is neutrality between our two factions. We are not terrorists. We share almost the same goals as the Gaians but we use more peaceful methods. We try negotiating and if that fails, we change our point of view and try again. Also, we have a common enemy... the bretonian government and BMM. And I tell you that we will not interfere in your conflict with the Corsairs.
Thank you for your time
Respect,
Pacifier Andrew Octavius
P.S. I'm sorry for not showing you my face but my identity will remain hidden even for my men.

Top o' the day to ye, mate. Glad ye found it important tae be contactin' oos aboot yer leetle peace organization here... o'erwise we'd be contactin' ye a little later, if ye ken what I'm sayin'...
Anyways, I found it decent te return yer favour o' not showin' yer face.
So here's me not-face. Hi!
*waves*
I dressed oop fer ye, anyway. Be thankful I ain't in my mechanic's jumpsuit. That'd show you how much bloomin' work it takes tae keep the technology roonnin' that keeps the Molly ships roonnin'. We donnae use anythin' "efficient" as ye might be in'trested in... we jest use the good oul stuff that roons theh best, aye? If we e'en did put ye on neutral, I hope ye wouldnae take offense tae yer wonderful engines an' try ter "tax" us fer 'em, eh? Otherwise we'd just hae ter be showin' ye joost hoo efficient our guns are, eh?
... If ye catch me drift.
Which I think ye do.
I ain't sure if we want tae be troostin' - 'cause us pootin' ye on the neutral side o' theengs be trustin' ye, mate - a group like ye. Eh, so the Gaians helped ye.. big deal... only reason we donnae really like 'em is 'cause they like the Corsairs. I hope ye don' like them as much as the Gaians do, mate... I really hope so.
Main theeng is that we're a bit wary about trustin' a group who'll "change yer beliefs" if somethin' donnae end up workin'. Ye wilnae stick wi' yer guns?
Ye see, we Mollies ain't changed our beliefs seence the day our grandaddies an' whatnot blew the Hood's arse ter bits when they were valiantly runnin' away in their big oul' minin' ships. Ever since that day, Andy mate, we ain't changed our tune. It's always been... eh, what it's been. Patriot Game or summat.
Anyways...
If ye keep changin' yer tune if ye can't push through, that donnae impress anyone much, let alone me.
It seems ye donnae know much aboot truly fightin' fer what ye believe in, Andrew.
There ain't shame in bein' a terrorist if ye're on the right side mate.
I'm a terrorist. I fight for freedom.
I take pride in et, mate. That's who I am. A terrorist.
So you don't like the Gaians due to their alliance with the Corsairs. I told you before and I tell you again. We will remain neutral in this fight of yours. We don't help you and we don't help the corsairs. All we want is neutrality. You said that I don't know what I want... Well, you didn't understand me, then. I know exactly what I want. I want to make peace between the Sirians and the natural environment. The point is that I try to adapt to new situations and maintain diplomatic talks. I change the details but the main idea remains the same.
To answer your last question is very simple: I know what I am. I'm a negotiator. I'm not a terrorist. We try to reach our goals with negotiations and diplomacy. That's what I'm doing here.
On a side note... I understand that you trust your old engines but that affects the environment which I was talking about. You are hurting the nature only by flying those ships. But I'm not here to talk about the technology you use, not yet. I will come back on this topic once we finish the tests on the new prototype.
Thank you for your time
Respect,
Pacifier Andrew Octavius

Mr. Octavius...
Ye say that ye wish to stay neutral 'twixt all sides.
Well, fer one, yer blatant declaration o' havin' Gaian roots ain't helping yer cause wi' us. An' it willnae be helpin' anyone who donnae care fer the Gaians. Bretonia proper woon't take a likin' to ye.
Furthermore, yer tone ain't helpin' yer 'cause wi' us. I donnaeken what ye think bein' neutral is gonna do when ye're taxin' ev'ryone left an' right fer their "pollutin'" engines.
Let me tell you somethin' aboot "neutrality," mate.
I think I might hae been around space a wee bit longer than ye, and I've been one o' those at the helm o' theh Mollies fer some time noo. And ye can troost me when I say that there's nae such a thing as "neutrality." Junkers are nae neutral, e'en past the Xenos an' Hogosha. Zoner arenae neutral. Oh, they like to pretend they're neutral, but jus' by existin', they're rubbin' soom people theh wrong way, mate.
Even though they say noothen, the Zoners are on our bad side...
Ye see, ye got tae pick one side or the o'er, Mr. Octavius, or one side or the o'er picks ye itself.
Ye don't do anything, ye're not stayin' outta things.
I'd advise ye pick a side, then, afore a side ye donnae care for chooses ye. Ye got te stand tall an' stay strong, otherwise ye'll get blown around. Ye canne last standin' fer nothin'. Sooner or later, ye're gonna alienate some people, Mr. Octavius. An' what then? Ye willnae be neutral anymore.
You'll be standin' fer somethin' whichever way ye try tae twist yer words, Andrew. Ye're a negotiator, well, sure... I am too. I donnae prefer fightin' o'er theh pen. Ah, boot if ev'rything could be fixed by theh pen... trooth be, not mooch can be fixed by the pen. Sometimes a batterin' ram's the only way to get through the gate, where sweet words willnae do anythin' fer ye.
Ye canne stay neutral, even if ye woon't take a stand on anythin'.
You'll be standing somewhere no matter how hard ye try to float.
Qui tacet consentire videtur, Mr. Octavius.
Think about it.
I'm sorry if my tone seemed to be impolite. I didn't want to sound like that.
About my Gaian roots, well you said you don't like the Gaians just because they are allied with your enemies, the Corsairs. I told you that Peace Organization will not help any of the two sides in this conflict. OR, we will help both sides bunt not in battle. Maybe we can alleviate people in need. There will be families in both sides that will remain without a son, father or mother because it's very likely for them to die in this silly conflict for power. Your denying to have a better diplomatic state with us, surprises me. I see a good opportunity even for a terrorist group like Mollys to be at least neutral with us, if not allied. But you're the leader, you know better what's good for your people.
Concerning our neutrality with other factions, maybe you're right, there will be a time when we will be dragged in a conflict to help one side but it's not that time now.
"...ubi loqui debuit ac potuit", Councillor
Thank you for your time
Respect,
Pacifier Andrew Octavius

War, mate, is brutal.
This ain't a silly little conflict o' power.
Those Corsairs o' yours bombed oor planet and oor colony. Ye unnerstand? Bombed. With thermonooclear weapons. An entire ruddy planet wasted an' a whole colony o' Mollies destroyed? Do ye approve o' that, noo?
This ain't a contest fer power, Octavius. We Mollies ain't in'trested in power.
We're int'rested in freedom. We're a people, we're fightin' fer oor rights an' freedom. Against the BMM, against BMM, against the Corsairs.... against whoever'll try te conquer us, whoever'll take that freedom away..... we'll fight against until we die, until our race is extinct - or until we win oor freedom.
I dunno if ye'll ever be able to really know what it's like, fightin' like that, fightin' fer yer existence, knowin' that each day ye go out, either ye get killed, or someone else does. An' if ye don't go oot, yer family's in danger from those who ye'd otherwise be killin' that noo roam around, lookin' fer ye, alive.
It's war. It's brutal.
Ye know what it's like?
I don't think ye do.
Ye help a side by givin' them food?
Morale is raised, the war lasts longer.
Ye help them by takin' care o' their poor kids?
More soldiers are raised, morale goes oop...
Ye do anythin' nice fer one side, it helps them win the war. Ye cannae jus' be doin' nice things fer booth sides. Aye, we Mollies would appreciate it, an' so would the Corsairs... but ye canne be helpin' both sides. Sooner or later, ye'd get shot in the head, an' I can guarantee that it might be me.
Aye.
It's war.
Aye, it's horrible.
I've seen me share o' things I never even wanted te see, I wish I never had.
I wish we could end it, Andrew. Believe me. I've tried.
An' I've failed... there ain't a chance fer diplomacy... at least, not with Bretonia.
Perhaps noo ye're thinkin' "Well, I'll just be tryin' te reach a settlement between them crazy Mollies an' those Corsairs..."
Yer delooded if ye think you'll reach a settlement wi' the Corsairs. They want our land, we want tae keep it. They've killed countless thousands o' Mollies, an' ruined a planet... an', well... we want some revenge on 'em fer that. Neither side's gonna give ye much thought, ye'll jus' get killed in the crossfire. It's a blood feud, mate, and we're in danger o' dyin' oot o'er here in Dublin. Maybe ye donnaeken how many Corsairs stream through Omega 49 a day jus' to attack us. An all we can do is fight, for our home an' family, hopin' we'll be able to keep 'em off us...
Ye probably donnaeken what I'm talkin aboot, the desp'ration, or feelin' the sorta nationalism an' pride in who an' what we are... an' I don't expect ye to understand it. But we Mollies do. We're a people, an' we have a purpose, an' we have enemies. Ye help our enemies? Then, ye're one too. Period. Ye ain't gonna be able to stay neutral. Not unless ye just sit in a little rock in Edinburgh an' smoke weed all yer life. Ye go out, make a stand, try an' change things, ye're gonna make enemies sooner rather than later, mate.
An' before I ferget meself here, I'm also wunnerin' what the Molly Republic could possibly gain from allyin' wi' you, as you seem to suggest. I, frankly, see nae advantages to it. Yer "diplomatic abilities" ain't going te be any use ter us, an' 'sides that, I don't really see anythin' ye might even think o' offerin', 'sides yer fancy engines... which we donnae care fer.
Alright, I see your vantage point. You think that everything is done with fire and death. I don't really like that so we will let you and the Corsairs kill each other. Like I said before we will not interfere in your battles. But tell me something Councillor, what will it happen if one of our patrols meet one of yours? What will it happen if you find our boys flying or maybe fighting in Dublin?
Thank you for your time
Respect,
Pacifier Andrew Octavius

Octavius, I'm the moost diplomatic Molly tha's ever been born, I'll wager.
An'ye should believe me when I say that I've tried, an' there's nae hope fer it. It ain't that I don't believe in diplomacy - eh, ye'll see me talkin' anyone's ear off rather than fightin'. I donnae believe that fire solves ev'rythin', Octavius. Nae by a loong shot.
But there are some things that words cannae fix.
Like our planet.
Depends on if ye feel taxes're expedient fer our oul ships.
Now.
Ye're welcome to some o' our engines if ye want, see if ye can't tinker with 'em an' make 'em more "environmentally friendly" without compromisin' their power... mooch, a' least... then, ye might have somethin' to offer us, an' we might be able to work together a bit, eh?
I canne offer ye a token o' moore peace than that, then. Ye can accept it, or ye can leave it.
